Enrollment Information

The school runs on an academic schedule, end of August through end of May. Children must be at least two years old to begin our morning program, and 30 months old to attend full day.  Here are our general guidelines for admission.

ADMISSIONS PROCESS

We have a formal process, and the first step is to complete our online application form below and pay the corresponding $40 application fee. After you submit your application, you will receive a confirmation e-mail and our office will then contact you to schedule a tour. It is not possible to schedule a tour prior to completing the online application.

For fall of 2025 admissions, tours begin mid October and are limited to families with children who will be at least two years of age by September 1st of 2025. Tours take place at 9:05 a.m. and last approximately 40 minutes. We often schedule two families on the same tour.

We will receive applications until February 17th, and admission decisions will be available by March 3rd. From March 4th, admissions continue on a rolling basis.

Rolling admissions

After the regular admissions process, we continue to accept applications. Once we receive your application, your child can be admitted, or placed onto a waiting list if we do not have space available. We then notify you as soon as a spot becomes available. While the school might be full at the time you call us, family circumstances change and spots often become available towards the end of the summer.

CURRENT-Year Applicants

Each year, we can accept a small number of mid-year applicants on a space-available basis. Depending on your child’s age and preferred schedule, we might be able to accommodate you for this academic year (2024-2025). Please complete the application above and we will get in touch with you to arrange a tour as soon as possible.
